Why can't I print my Cram Sheets in North Carolina?

The State of North Carolina does not allow students to print the cram sheets document. North Carolina prohibits us to allow our students to print any of the material. The reason for this is because they do not require students to take a Proctored Exam (an exam with a monitor to assure no outside materials were used).
